CROSSFIT

CrossFit is a fitness program designed using constantly varied, functional movement performed at a relative high intensity. A truly universal program, we design our daily workouts to be scaled up-or down-to be accessible to all populations.

CrossFit workouts are comprised of constantly varied functional movements (like pushing, pulling, squatting, lifting, running) executed at high intensity. The workouts themselves are completely scalable, which means that a new participant and a CrossFit veteran can complete the same workout with changes in load and intensity. 

Our CrossFit classes combine all facets of fitness in a SAFE, FUN, and EFFECTIVE program that combines strength training, conditioning, plyometrics, kettlebell training, Olympic weightlifting, medicine ball and dumbbell training, power-lifting, gymnastics, rowing, running and jumping rope. Every workout is different, and since you will rarely do the same thing twice, you are less likely to lose interest or get bored than if you were doing the same circuits at the gym every week. CrossFit training is an ideal program for all lifestyles and levels of experience - our members include students, business executives, stay-at-home moms, athletes, firefighters, grandparents, and police. Our one hour workouts can fit into even the busiest schedules while still delivering dramatic improvements in speed, strength, performance, and body composition.
